Harry, Ron, and Neville have finished putting away the Death Eaters who had gotten away on the night of the final battle at Hogwarts. Ron's gone to work for George at the shop while he goes through formal Auror training, Neville landed himself a job working in a Herbologists shop taking care of the plants that he loves. Harry's life is in turmoil, as always, between Auror training, his explosive on-again-off-again relationship with Ginny Weasley, and overseeing the rebuilding of the house at Godric's Hollow.
The wizarding world is finally starting to bounce back from the devastation of the war. Muggleborns and Half-Bloods have trickled back into society out of hiding and rebuilding efforts are in full swing to get places like Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade, and St. Mungo's running properly again. Finally the world is quiet....
... Perhaps too quiet. There are whispers of something, someone, lurking in the shadows, biding their time until the moment is right to make their move. They're gathering followers, but to what end? What side are they one? Are they a Death Eater that the recovery squad failed to capture? Are they a mere supporter of Voldemort's cause, or do they have a different agenda?
