Who: Nagi and Jenny and Crawford When: 6/5 Where: Project Noir → Psychic Subspace What: Schwarz makes an offer to Jenny. Rating/Warning: PG-13
Nagi strode down the halls of Project Noir's facilities, his face completely emotionless and even. As far as he was concerned, the people around him were dull, their endeavors meaningless and his time with them had been nothing but a waste in the pursuit of his friend. There was one person here, however, that held some interest to Nagi.
Esset was always trying to replace Schwarz with artificial super-soldiers, but they were always rushed to production and trained by people whose hubris was rivaled only by their short-sightedness. Jenny was different. For as much as her powers had been manufactured, she had been abandoned for so long that they had had time to cultivate on their own, maturing with her. She was making progress now that she had been incapable of during her previous stay with Esset. Much of it had gone so well thanks to Nagi's tutelage. Schwarz simply understood better than any scientist the complexities of raw, mystical power.
He strode into her holding cell, nodding to one of the guards who brought Nagi the keys to Jenny's many restraints. "Leave us," he commanded coolly. Not long ago, it had been hard to convince them to entrust their prisoner into Nagi's hands, but being around Jenny when her powers were in use was at times dangerous. Nagi had no fear of such things, but the guards around here certainly did. When they had left the room, Nagi started to unfasten her bindings, saving the rubberized restraints around her arms for last. "Hello Jenny. We're going to start with some meditation today."
It was an unorthodox suggestion to come from Nagi since he did often focus more on methods of force, but today training wasn't the first thing on his mind. He eased in close to Jenny. Just because they were the alone didn't mean they weren't being monitored, so as he began to undo her final restraints, he murmured softly to her. "There are things we must discuss that I cannot say aloud." Next, he spoke more clearly, so that he could be heard by any devices in the room. "I will need you to try and clear your mind and above all relax. I want no blocks in your mind today." He tapped lightly on her forehead, even offering her a small smile as he directed her to sit on the ground of her cell. He stepped away a few paces, settling himself down.
