down in the underground ( narrative )
Who: Jenny Lemelle ( & open? )
When: Sunday Night, March 27th
Where: her apartment
What: Jenny remembers her past. And causes the electricity to go out in Calais, whoops, sorry all. (FEAR PLOT!)
Jenny didn't want to lose control. Especially after what happened with Ken, whatever that was, she was starting to get afraid of her own powers. She'd never been willing to admit to herself that she had powers. That she was stronger, faster, than most people expected. But there was a fear settling in her stomach that there was something wrong with her, something that she couldn't figure out, and that she needed to know.
She poured over the information that she had collected about herself, pacing her apartment as the static inside her began to build. Something was wrong, something was wrong, and they were keeping secrets from her, and she was going to do something bad. It was her greatest fear, but one that didn't make any sense. She tried to get herself to calm down.
And then it all came back to her.
The fear drug, the electrons in her system, and the fear itself made those years of experimentation suddenly come back to her. That's right, her mother...the program...the Doctor. She was training for them. She was supposed to rule the world. She was the best.
Suddenly, phantom soldiers were in the room to take her back to that place. She didn't want to go; it was a bad place. She fought them, in reality merely making a mess of her apartment and knocking things from shelves. But there were too many of them, and she panicked. It was much the same feeling she had when fighting Ken, but now it was worse, and stronger, and now she knew what she was supposed to be capable of. She grabbed her nearest attacker ( a lamp ) by the throat and released the electrical energy into him.
The outlet exploded, causing a surge in the building and throughout the nearby area of Calais. The darkness in her apartment, however, became the darkness of the lab. Jenny curled into the corner and began to cry. It was all happening again.
