This promises to be a good time...

Right, so I'm going to do this the quick way today since I'm not sure where the rest of the welcoming committee is right now...

New people, welcome to Project Chaos. For some of you the information on that card probably sounds pretty fantastical but I can assure you it's all true. The bracelet will get you out of that room and take you anywhere you want to go -- just not home. Or rather, not back to your own actual universe and time. Also, don't be surprised if you run into someone who looks like they could be your identical twin, or are actually yourself. Multiples are kind of a thing here. Honestly, I don't know how some of you can handle so many of yourself running about.

And no, there is no foreseeable way out of this place. Some of us have been stuck in the project for over a year now and we're no closer to having any answers. Normally life isn't too bad here but occasionally whoever's behind it all likes to throw an extra bit of chaos at us. Just count yourself lucky for missing the Murder House and an alien invasion.

If anyone is in need of a place to stay, there are apartments available in New York City as well as Los Angeles. Some people may have others set up but those are the two locations I know for certain.

Been here a week and ready for the madness to end.

Nothing here make sense, but I guess that's why it's called Project Chaos.

After hearing about possible side affects I think I need to be cheered up. So... who wants to spend the night drinking and making poor decisions with me? Anyone?

So much for no apocalypse in this timeline, world, whatever. I wonder if this is like how it starts with Skynet.

I don't know what people have been doing other than trying to hide out but the time for that is over. The aliens seem to be done taking prisoners. I'm pretty sure anyone currently in Los Angeles will vouch for the explosions that have been going off to the south. From the news it looks like San Diego got hit hard. Going after the military assets, I'd imagine. As long as they've been snatching people, they've certainly had time to gather intel.

I'd suggest those of you in major cities make use of the bracelet and travel to a location less likely to suffer an immediate attack while you can. But don't think you're safe. Nowhere is safe. Be prepared to fight. You might not have to today, or tomorrow, but if you want to survive you're going to have to fight for your life.

The sooner we organize, the sooner we can fight back. Maybe even go after those who have been taken. I'd suggest an underground staging facility built to resist heavy explosives, preferably nuclear-resistant, but I have no idea if anyone with that sort of military access is in this Chaos place. And if anyone's managed to get their hands on some of the alien tech I'd love to take a look at it the sooner we can figure out weaknesses, the sooner we can put them to our benefit.

So I think I saw another me orbing around the other day. Alex, now I know how you feel. Kinda makes me wonder how many people I would find at the old house if I paid it a visit.

I'm going to tell you all a story, I think you'll enjoy it.

Once upon a time there were some people living another life than the one they were meant to, but that life was just as complicated as their last.

The story I'm going to tell is about a beautiful little princess who lived in a big castle and her mommy and daddy protected her always. One day, a very bad man came to the house and killed her daddy over a business deal gone wrong. The princess was so sad.

It also turns out the very bad man was screwing her mommy.
