Steve had gotten lucky that morning and gotten first dibs on Honolulu, he had mostly been working the suburbs ever since he had arrived in this whacked up version of Hawaii. It wasn't that he was too good for Kailua or anything, he just missed the old beat. He missed home, he missed being the only person in the world with his face, he missed having his Danny and his Danny alone. He didn't even seem to have his Danny in this world, but today he was working with the most recent one.
They got the call about the robbery and sped off in that direction. Arriving at the bank that Natasha was at within just a few minutes. Steve jumped out of the car first, checking around, his gun leveled, waiting for return fire, but there was nothing. As they moved around the truck, he realized that this was no longer a robbery in progress, this woman was standing over two men, both of whom were unconscious.
Moving slowly, gun still draw, he called out to her. "Hey, you, 5-0, don't move." He had no idea who she was or what she was doing there just yet, but she seemed to have somehow disabled those them and their guns were laying on the ground with ammo cartridges ejected. "If you've got any weapons, I'd toss them nice and slow."
