"Pretty safe to assume we won't stop worrying," Michael added. "But we won't stop being here for you, either." He appreciated Molly's honesty, and he understood the strength it took for her to come to them like she did.
"I'm proud of you, Molly," he said with a little smile. He would never stop worrying about her, how could he? She was his daughter, he loved her. But she was a woman grown, and she needed the space to live her own life. He would always be there for her, that was the most he could do, and it had to be enough.
