Merlin looked over the other man in consideration. At least he didn't appear to be threatening him. But he'd had enough experience in his life not to let his guard down entirely. "I didn't mean to come here, my lord," he said softly. The size of the place, even this one room, suggested some sort of mansion or palace, and he didn't wish to give offense.
