Old Lace, I've got feeling we're not in Los Angeles anymore.

I'm thinking about getting a guard dog. It's better than an alarm system that can be deactivated or a gun or something. I'm not a big fan of weapons, not after everything that happened. So I might get a guard dog.

The problem is that I don't think I spend enough time at home to be fair to the hypothetical dog. I work a lot, and go out a lot and it probably wouldn't be fair to it. I'm still thinking about it though.

I'll probably end up not getting anything and just hoping that no one tries to kidnap me in my sleep. Yes. I am a bit paranoid. It's not my fault, really it's not.

It's strange to have all of this time to myself. I spent so much time working or doing other things that I never realised quite how boring it is to just sit and do nothing. I've even started doing Sudoku puzzles just to have something to do. I'm pretty bad at them, actually. If this keeps up then I'll probably resort to watching cartoons all day, try to embrace my inner child or something like that.

I just need to find something to do with myself.
