"That's what I call trying to get it out of your system, " not that it'd work for him in the least bit. "Ignoring it isn't going to help it because we both know what happened. And we can never stay away from each other that long." He took a step forward, closing some of the space between them. "Though I admit you're the only woman I went and willingly looked for a way to get hurt just so you could fix me up. It just worked better than I thought." He still had scratches and bruises on his face, but he didn't seem to be moving with nearly as much pain as the other day.
He smiled faintly and closed the rest of the gap between them, his stature much more imposing than hers. "I just want to hear you say it. You and not her."
