After finding out that Piper and Leo had somehow been brought to this bizarre place -- because anything not San Francisco and the Manor was bizarre -- Phoebe had decided that the best thing to do was get all of them together to talk.
It was better than trying to continue sending separate messages to each one of them and trying to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together.
