Grissom had been happier then he had possibly let on to see Sara here, he had missed her. New York was different and soon he'd see about maybe getting a job at the local police department if only as a consultant, but for now he wanted to see Sara. So he bought some flowers and a few mystery movies and went to her door and rang the bell. He stood waiting wondering if she was home. He hoped she wasn't busy and that she'd want to see him. He smiled and looked around the hallway.
He wasn't sure where they stood now with her leaving, but he wanted to find out. He was sure she would let him know eventually. For now he would spend some time with her.
