Alice shifted closer to him, the cupcakes teetering on the edge of the bench, and she picked the tray up with one hand. After trying to move them to the ground without looking, pulling away, or bending down, she had to break the kiss for a moment to do so. "Hold on," she muttered, moving the cupcakes to the ground.
Before another moment passed, Alice was kissing him again. She liked the feel of his fingers in her hair, his hand on her neck, his mouth on hers. She kept one hand on his knee and looped the other easily round his neck. She opened her mouth against his, smiling.
