    4/20
    While I was walking to work yesterday (high of course) I noticed it was beautiful out. It was about ten degrees warmer than the usual Northeastern US spring weather, sunny, and calm.

    When I arrived at work, a crew was there building us a new display for an item that has hemp in it. One of the workmen and I made pot jokes until customers came in.

    And, to top it all off, tomorrow is 4/20!

    Today...
    Ha. So yesterday, I realized that I'm the maintainer for this asylum. This, despite the fact that I now recall creating it, was a complete surprise to me.

    It shouldn't surprise you to hear how many bong hits I've had this morning. Lots.

    Anyway, I decided it's been really quiet here, especially looking at the last five posts or so. So I did an interest search from the IJ home page for 'weed' and one for 'cannabis', made a list of users, and set out to invite each and every one to come here. This, needless to say, didn't happen as planned.

    Turns out a lot of you are already members!

    It also turns out that most of IJ is roleplay journals and ads. What's up with that?

    Er... back to the original post. So, anyway, post something fun! Invite people I missed! Tell us about the last piece you purchased, or relate your awesome story, or show us pics of your stuff!

    My friend told me the other night that if I let her borrow my pipe, she'd smoke me out the next day.
    I got my pipe back but I haven't seen anything from her..

    A Formal Kick-Off
    To officially welcome everyone (thanks for joining!), I present you with a weed story.

    Yesterday morning, I woke up abominably early. The cats were doing something loud, and I couldn't get back to sleep.

    So I smoked a bowl with my insomniac boyfriend.

    We slept until ten, at which point we smoked a bowl upon waking. Then we went out for breakfast. Then we smoked a bowl!

    Then we got back home and couldn't decide what to do with our day off. So we smoked a bowl, of course!

    Then my dad (who's very cool) called - he wanted us to come visit. So we went and smoked a bowl with my dad and played Mariokart 64. Then we smoked a bowl!

    We went home, smoked a bowl, and had dinner. Then we smoked a joint.

    After that, we sat around laughing hysterically at "Grandma's Boy", smoked a bowl, and went to bed.
