Eveline hadn't thought of her what her parents would think of Dominic, primarily because they would never meet him. If she wasn't worthy of seeing them, Dominic certainly wasn't. What Eveline didn't realize was that Dominic was a step up in her parents eyes. He might have been the winning factor which let her back into their lives, at least marginally. Her home had become the school and it was her fellow Gryffindors she cared about. They would never disown her, but they might. She was more accustomed that than anything else, so she couldn't push the option from her mind.
Rather than wait for his cue, Eveline flicked her tongue past his lips, looking for his own. She traced lines over his abs, some of which eventually came to form the word Nice, but she doubted he would have ever caught that, not with their lips pressed together. A little playfully put out by his teasing, Eveline decided to do one better and as her hand moved down towards his belly button she gripped his belt, tugging on it gently as she kissed him more roughly.
When his hand slid down her back, Eveline parted from him, her chest rising and falling heavily with her breath. She took a moment to look at him, search his eyes for an answer she didn't yet have the question for. Finally she leaned back in and slowly pulled her legs out of his lap and curled them under her so she could kneel and more easily and reach his lips better. There was definitely something unfinished here.
