Eveline was more than aware of the stigma which surrounded Dominic. In fact, it had been haunting her for several days at this point. It was a very real possibility that he was disease ridden and that she was just the last in a long list of women. This bothered her. A lot. It was for a variety of reasons, but most notably, Eveline didn't want to share. Better yet, she wouldn't share. The thought of him kissing someone else made her furious. But she didn't like him, oh no.
Without meaning to, Eveline raised her face to meet his hand. She watched him sadly, nibbling her lip. There was no way he could understand, or that he could even fathom what her upset was based upon. However, when Dominic leaned over and kissed the hair over her ears, Eveline whimpered, tears welling in her eyes. When Dominic pulled her in, Eveline was happy she didn't have to face him. She blinked away her tears, unwilling to let him see her that way. She leaned her head against him, sighing softly.
"Do you want to go somewhere else?" The thought of leaving Dominic after him being so....impossibly thoughtful was unacceptable.
