ooc: oh! That sounds absolutely delightful! :D I'm happier than she is!
Eveline had made a habit of doing things she didn't enjoy for the singular fact that she was required. This, however, was no requirement and Eveline was more than willing to go along. She was enjoying herself more than could have possibly imagined. Weren't the dungeons dark and spooky ten minutes before? She couldn't remember being quite so hot in a very long time and though in any other situation she would have pointed out Dominic was wimpy, Eveline felt warm and protected by him. Perhaps it was that they now shared a secret, or the gentle way he was holding her, but she was comforted by him. He was a smarmy prat and she wouldn't forget for long, but at least she could for now.
She was thankful he understood her. She knew what her first words to him would be - she had said them before, verbatim - and she couldn't picture anything worse to ruin what they had in that moment. As his hand moved down her neck, Eveline instinctively tilted her head away from his hand, exposing more of her neck to him. As he placed a single kiss there, Eveline whimpered softly but was quieted as he kissed her again. This was rather lovely. How was that possible? The boy she was kissing was Dominic Skeeter. How was that possible?! She pushed away fear of public exposure as she tangled their tongues together, arching her body against his as they kissed.
The skin of her neck tingled where he had kissed her and she finally broke away from his lips to pepper a line of kisses across his cheek and down to the corner of his jaw, one hand tangling it's fingers in his hair. Perhaps he liked it too.
