I'm Natasha and it's always a pleasure to meet someone from the motherland, though it has been some time since I have been home. I have to agree with you about Holly, though she has been known to do good here and as a source of information she is quite superb. However, what she really knows about our current situation is nothing - smoke and mirrors are definitely her speciality, particularly when she uses the illusion to convey answers.
