| About: | Pornicators is a community to post/read/enjoy Snarry fics and art in which Snape and Harry are 18 or above. Everything but chan is welcome here, so long as you list the warnings in your header. The reason I don't allow the chan is because we have Aussie readers, watchers and writers. This community is not suitable for children, and members must be 18 years or older to participate. The fictional material in this community includes explicit male/male sex, sexual deviance and art depicting sexual situations between the characters Severus Snape and Harry Potter; characters created and owned by JK Rowling, Warner Brothers and associates. By joining this comm you are agreeing that you are not offended by slash material, that it is legal to read it in your country, and are 18 years of age or over. That said Please do not join if you are under 18 years of age. If I find you are underage, I will ban you from the community. Make certain the year of your birth is visible when you apply. You may email me privately with an age statement as well. Please include your user name in the missive. If I have to try and hunt you down to check your age, I won't bother to accept your membership. From time to time the moderator will issue membership invitations to authors of Snape/Potter slash fiction. Any member is welcome to make a suggestion for a newbie to be allowed membership. Any member may contribute to the community by posting fiction, suggesting challenges, posting art and icons and taking part in drabble sessions. Guidelines for this comm: As of March 2005, Australian laws have tightened. It is a criminal offence to access (or distribute, etc) child pornography material and/or child abuse material. Child refers to a person "who is, or appears to be, under 18 years of age." The offence provisions do not require a real person to be described or depicted, and they include fictional characters in text or digitally created images of fictional characters. For the safety of our Australian members, these laws have been noted and will be taken very seriously by this community. That said, the only restriction on fiction published in this community is that Harry be at least the legal age of consent for any sex scenes with adult Snape. So no chan, people. In stories containing pre slash (that is, NO sexual contact at all) and long build ups to hawt adult Harry/Severus sex scene, Harry can be any age. In response to queries and for the purposes of this community, the age of consent is EIGHTEEN. If the age of consent in your country is older than that, then abide by the law of your country. What about two underage characters? Well, in Oz it is not legal to distribute or access chan in any form, so two under age characters is out as well. For the safety of our Australian members and watchers, there is no exception to the 18 years of age rule. Sorry, guys. Other than that any situation is acceptable. Weird logic, huh? Just try to live with it. My objective is to avoid portrayal of chan in any form and to provide a safe harbour for authors to post in this fandom. If you avoid that, then all is peachy. If you really can't do without the adult/child kink, then this comm is not for you. Also, absolutely no flames will be tolerated. Flamers and underage members or watchers will be removed from the community without hesitation. Posting Guidelines: Gen fics are permitted. You don't have to have a screamingly NC-17 story to contribute (although we like that; we like that a lot). Post art and long fics under an LJ cut.
