One thing that was mentioned in the poll was opening up the comm to anyone who may want to write or who may have a rough draft. While I like that idea in principle, I am reluctant to do it yet. What I am prepared to do is give posting rights to any watcher who wants to post a fic. All you have to do is send me an email and I will grant you posting rights.
On that topic, if you are wanting to post a story and you are doing so for the first time, it would be natural for you to feel a lttle nervous. I am quite willing to read through your story and give you feedback. I am sure there are other posting members here who would do likewise. Just post a note saying that you need a beta reader. OR you can just email your story to me.
I want to encourage new writers, not block them. Just because the community is on approval only, does not mean that it is impossible to post.
