Johnathan remained relatively unfazed by the wanton death and destruction of their new surroundings save for the sadness. He'd seen plenty of death over the centuries and more recently on his patrols and there was even a few times where it had been this... unpleasant. But, despite his natural dislike and mistrust of vampires in general, Johnathan would never wish such a death on even his worst enemy. Who knew how many human souls had suffered such horrific ends in this building? As he and Irene brought up the rear of the party, Johnathan did leave anything to chance. The bodies that looked the freshest, he decapitated with his katana as he decided to err on the side of caution.
