Silver on the other hand had come to Goldenrod with no intentions of resting. It was a weekend and that meant the pokeathelon was up on his usual schedule. Or, had been.
He had taken part in today's morning rounds instead of the afternoon ones in hopes of avoiding 'hanging out' as some of his peers called it. (He, on the other hand, called it 'being annoyed in a public setting.') The problem with this little plan was that now he had nothing better to do than to roam Goldenrod's streets now that he was done for the day. It wasn't all bad, but without any goal in his search for entertainment he found himself growing bored. Bored and hungry.
By the time the idea of heading off to his usual haunt had crossed his mind he was on the other end of the city. Annoyed, he started to look for someplace with any kind of familiarity. At first it was a bust, but a cafe caught his eye. He'd been dragged there once or twice by Kotone if memory served.
He couldn't quite remember what all they served, but at this time he'd suffer sweets and teas if it meant he didn't have to walk all the way to the other side of Goldenrod to get something to eat.
A few minutes later he was inside, ignoring the rest of the patrons and ordering a sandwich and coffee. Of course, he was being loud about it.
