[21 Oct 2017|07:35pm] jacobi hey everyone. this is jacobi jansen, librarian extraordinaire. he's been living in orchard hollow since he graduated university with a masters in library sciences (which was roughly 25 years ago). he spent some working at the library at the community college and then he decided he wanted a change of pace and took over the head librarian position for the community library. since taking over the public librarian position he has started several literacy programs for adults and children alike. he hosts annual library sales to clear out old inventory and raise money for new, and he's always open to allowing people to use the library to host any events they might be having (within reason). he is obviously a huge reader and he spends some of his time writing, though that is something he's always kept private. jake is very active in community organizations and he's always around to lend a helping hand for the betterment of orchard hollowians. 47 comments|post comment
