Meet the New Tops and Ranked Heroes!
With the sudden rash of announcements, it's time to meet the new Heroes we all look up to.

We're only eight days into the month, and we've had our whole world shaken up by the announced retirements of Captain Regulator, Diamando, and now Sandcastle. While we're going to miss these faces (don't worry, Captain Regulator fans — he's not leaving us just yet!), we're excited for the fresh faces (and a familiar one!) that are rising to the top to take the torch.

WONDERCORP

We've got an entire line up change here (and it's not the only one, but shh)! Taking the top slot from her mentor, Diamando, is none other than Talia Tedrow, better known to us as the amazing Flyweight! We're excited to see the long time second finally step fully into the spotlight!

Under her, we welcome Thermia in the second slot! Thermia has always led a private life, but will that be changing now that she's got one foot in the limelight? I guess we'll see!

And this last face is a familiar one, and one we're excited to see back where it belongs! Rounding out the top for WonderCorp is Clark Cooper, otherwise known as Pathos! Are we excited to see more of that face? We really are. Welcome back, Pathos!

UNDERDOG

The news about Sandcastle came as a bigger shock than Diamando's retirement, but if the rumors were true, we wish him the best. Still, that means we've got another full on line up change with Sandcastle leaving and Black Dahlia's slip in the ranks! While we're sorry to see him go, we're not sorry to see the newly unmasked Aegis, Lucas Wright, take his place in the spotlight! We can only imagine how thrilled he must be to get this coveted spot!

In second, we're welcoming Sonata! He's been a bit of a dark horse in the rankings, but sometimes slow and steady gets you where you're going! We're excited to see more from them!

Rounding out the line up for Underdog is Siren! As a personal fan of hers, I'm ecstatic to see her bring her unique brand of heroing into the spotlight!

PI

We already did a feature on PI's new top, Rosie Galler and Carl, also known as The Mad Genius and Carl, and their new second, Bellamy McIntyre, also known as fan favorite Crystalline. But we can only imagine that they're excited to finally have their brand new third announced, and we're pleased to tell you that Calaca will be sitting pretty in third! They've been seeing a nice, steady rise with all of the apprehensions they've been involved in, and we're looking forward to seeing what else lies in store for them!

PRESTIGE

No list is complete with Prestige, and while second ranked John Drew, known to us as Captain Regulator, has announced his impending retirement, we're pleased to confirm that their longstanding Top trio remains unchanged for now. Thank goodness! We don't know what we'd do it Top Hero The Iron Maiden were to leave us! And while we're sad about Captain Regulator, we're also quietly waiting to be over the top excited for third ranked Madison Janssen, the lovely Ms Independence, in the future.
