The first crash barely left an impression in Andromeda's addled mind. Remus hadn't been brought in yet, so for the moment, the hospital was empty. It might be a good idea to assist Teddy in bringing his father in, but something told her that he would have more than enough help from Lupin's friends, should he need it. No, it was the housing list that had captured her attention this morning; Rodolphus had something to do it, she knew that. He'd said he'd wanted to share a hut with his brother and a couple of friends, and she had let him make the changes he desired with one single stipulation: Bellatrix was not to share that hut. He was with her now, and that should mean accepting (and in fact, to some extent, desiring) Bellatrix's unhappiness. As far as Andromeda was aware, her sister hadn't made a single move toward completing even her first item of baggage. On the one hand, that was a good thing: Bellatrix was dangerous enough without her wand -- with her wand... they were all one bad day from being fish in a barrel. So she knew that changes had been made, and more than once, she had looked at Bellatrix's name in satisfaction at seeing her surrounded by a two Weasleys and an Auror. But other things had changed as well, and it was that that worried her; what else had Rodolphus changed?
And was he only pretending to care for her as she cared for him for the power it afforded him?
The second crash came a moment later, but she brushed it away as she would have a persistent insect. Then the third and the fourth. By the sixth, there was no denying that someone was trying to get her attention. Andromeda scowled as she made her way to the other side of the small hospital while a seventh and an eighth bottle reached their fellows on the ground. Although a few people were understandably upset by the goings-on on the island, there was no doubt in Andromeda's mind just who would be imperious enough to demand her attention in such a fashion.
Her eyes caught on her sister, standing proudly next to the nearly empty potions tray and the pile of glass that rested just beyond it on the ground. Andromeda crossed her arms and leant into the doorframe with her hip, an eyebrow raised to match her elder sister's. She didn't bother to ask what she wanted; Bellatrix was sure to make her desires known eventually.
