Justin was very surprised at the change of topic geared at his best mate. "Well, he is a mentor. I think it's a requirement that you need to be completely stressed." Nodding his head from side to side, contemplating. "Could do, but I have no idea who he would fancy to be honest, and I may just be the worst matchmaker on the planet." His friend wasn't bad looking at all and if Ernie wasn't straight as a pin, Justin may have entertained the idea for more than a moment. But his friend needed a good woman - it was just a matter of who.
"You're very welcome. Perhaps that's why she gave us a sex shop too? Wants everyone to get creative?" He couldn't help the loud laugh he emitted when Demi had poked him in the ribs. "I'll remember, don't you worry. Also, my work ethic is far too engrained on my character to stay in bed all day. Though it is the best incentive I can think of to get through the day, to end up tangled in the sheets with you." There was no way he was going to risk a shack being taken away after working so hard to earn one.
Justin was shaking his head solemnly when she began talking about her ex. "You weren't whining, Demelza. It was a real issue what you went through." He thought back to his relationship with Dimitri and laughed ruefully. "Actually I had taken him out for drinks after a hellish meeting. Never once had he mentioned he was with someone else." His fingers fiddled with the hem of her shorts while he explained, smiling afterwards. "I am too. Most of my friends know that I like all sorts. For a while, I had the notion that I needed to tell them, like 'coming out'. Now, it doesn't really seem like I need to, I know they'd accept me, or know already." Laughing again at the last bit, he was comfortable just letting the very few of his friends find out of their own accord, and Demelza accepted him as he was. It was sort of ...silly, to feel relieved just in that moment and he shook his head at himself.
