"Dogs are supposed to be man's best friend," Tony pointed out, eyes still on the art display. There was quite a bit here, considering. "But I see your point." This was probably a more honest showing than anything the army could have handed out. This was Steve - all organic lines and slight curves, observant and thoughtful. His art was interesting, because for as much as it was landscapes and portraits, it was obvious that everything in front of Tony wasn't just a copy. There was something original to it, too.
"I'm as right as rain, Cap. How are you feeling?" He knew what Steve was asking about. But frankly, he liked playing as if he didn't. Tony tore his gaze away from a skyline in order to look at Steve. The movement was maybe a little slower than usual, a little more careful, but Tony's eyes were sharp and he was good enough with a little cover up to hide any of the lasting bruises he had from last week. They were in the public eye, after all. Those pictures had to look good.
