Tony snuffed out a little noise that was possibly just surprised laughter. "Well, if you need any pointers or high grade soldering irons, I'd like to think you know where to go for that one." Tony was half an artist in his own right when it came to metals -- not that he'd ever look at it that way.
He ran the palm of his hand against his jawline, smoothed down his beard a little and took a moment to just really get his wits about him. Pepper was a sore subject still. Maybe she always would be -- he just didn't know, not really. "She's not coming back," he said evenly. "Not this time."
