"It does," he said with a little smile. "I'm brushing up on my painting but also taking a few classes for things I didn't before like sculpture. Might take jewelry and metal working next semester." He thought Tony might be amused by that. Metal working was more his thing than Steve's.
He still didn't know what to say about Pepper. He was genuinely sorry for Tony because it had been blatantly obvious that Tony loved her a lot. He didn't even try to hide it just adored the woman and did what he could to make her happy. It was surprising that the two of them couldn't make it work. "You two still on a break?" he asked with genuine concern. No matter what happened between them Steve still cared about Tony. He always cared about his friends.
