The thing she was waiting for seemed to be happening, and she whipped out her wand, conjuring a stretcher, knowing she wouldn't be able to once Zabini was out. Then she went to him, and despite knowing he would complain about her muggleness touching him, put her arms around him and led him to the stretcher. He wasn't fully out, but he was weak enough physically not to fight as she pushed him gently to lay down.
"My concern is the reason you won't be left to freeze. So I would be just the tiniest bit thankful if I were you." Sally started dragging the stretcher towards the castle, and then the Hospital wing.
