Once he found a knoll that sloped up to the sprawling trunk of a tree, Jamie threw himself down on the grass in a graceless heap. He was never one to impress, unfortunately, even when he was trying. Plus, sitting was overrated. When the grass was warmed by the sun as this was and soft and inviting, lying down was the best option.
