Tristan chuckled again. "But then he wouldn't be the first person to want the both of us, would he?" he asked. "Oh, but I seem to have nudged a tender spot. You know, we could probably have gotten on ok if you had any manners or, in fact, if you'd loved my brother at all. But no. You hold such a low opinion of him- But he'll be ok. He's a good boy. And now he's going to have a man who treats him how he deserves. Gives him the benefit of the doubt."
Tristan closed the space between them, resting a heavy hand on Anthony's shoulder. "Good luck with Sorin. Let's hope he never gets himself into a sticky situation. You're not very good at the whole supportive thing, apparently. Still, like I said, he's a pretty little thing. I'm sure there'd be someone else who'd pick up the pieces."
