There wasn't any story, though, and it wasn't something Justin liked to think about, much less talk about. "It was cold, and it was dirty," he said. "The Snatchers were surprisingly efficient, you see. They had watchers at every bus station, every airport. I was nearly caught three times. I had to spend much of my time camping. They had my house watched, of course, I couldn't go back there. There were a few nights here and there I found hotels, but they were always able to find me, eventually." He shivered a little, remembering it all. "I...there isn't much more to tell."
