Sally sighed. "I have no idea. I have absolutely no idea what to do." Sally just continued to stare at the ceiling. What were they supposed to do now? She didn't know if guys were different than girls, who really Sally just made out with to see if they liked her back, and frankly she was terrified to try that with Harold. She felt like she was starting all over again.
Sally looked over at Harold, and ignoring the urge to ask him if he liked her back, said, "What're you thinking?" Sally looked worried. She was expecting Harold to just up and leave at any time and that thought made her look at the ceiling again. She was not going to do anything, no matter what Harold did. If he left, he left, and she would get over it. Sally bit her lip, thinking it wasn't going to be that simple.
She groaned and said, before she could change her mind, "Do you even like me?"
