Sally merely raised her eyebrows at Harold again. "Well, thank you," she replied, and finished off the frog while he was telling his story.
Sally settled in more comfortably when he started, which included wiggling, and hiding her face as soon as Harold said the word 'kiss,' because Sally started blushing very red. Sally did laugh though, as far as Harold could tell. Her face was looking down so he couldn't see her blush, and if anyone could see them, they would say she was burying her face in his chest. Which she wasn't, thanks, she was taking great care not to touch him too much.
"That," Sally coughed, to clear her throat, "That's quite an idea for a ten year old. I'm sorry it didn't work," The smile was evident in Sally's voice, and she started to think of a story that would compare to tell Harold.
