Desiree would have been in a similar position if someone asked her about vampires. Such as, who was the best vampire of all time? What is their best power? What's the best way to kill them? Sometimes having an obsession also led to an inability to decide! There were so many answers for all of those questions, how could she pick just one? Each had it's pros and cons, and Desiree was terrible at trying to outweigh both of those concepts. Besides, if someone had asked her that question, wouldn't they want to know everything? Those really weren't simple questions! They required in depth thoughts and ideas.
Shaking her head lightly, Desiree laughed. Unlike most Slytherins, she enjoyed laughter, and she enjoyed smiling. It was often a nice change in the common room, but she was a bit of a loner. In fact, she was often laughing at her journal, alone, or at something she'd read in some book. "I sure hope not Mister Leventhal," Desiree shot back. "I can't imagine any pretty redhead better than myself." Her voice was a tease, and not a hard one to pick up.
Reaching out, Desiree offered her arms to Ward's comics. "Okay, so what makes a superhero super? Are their greatheroes? Or okayheroes? Or novicehereos?" Peeking at the comics, Desiree was excited to find they were colourful. She hadn't the faintest idea what a comic book was, but from the cover they looked exciting!
