Fighting the urge to say something rude at the mention of Taff, Ioan forced a smile. At least the arse was open-minded. See? he asked himself. There was no harm in finding the good, even in someone he didn't like. It still rankled him, regardless. He drew to a standstill beside the lake, crossing his arms over his chest. The darkness was nearly full-on now, and he knew they'd better get back to the castle soon. He wasn't sure what time it was.
"I look at this way - it's a lot easier to put on more layers and stand by the fire to get warm than it is to take off clothes and get cool in the summer. I mean, you have to be decent, you can't just strip down to nothing. Even if you could, it would still be really hot. And I expect cooling charms would be significantly harder to produce than warming ones."
He shrugged.
"I'm not good with that sort of thing. It's why I love muggles for inventing air conditioning."
