"I knew you belonged in Slytherin," she responded, shaking her head. "A Hufflepuff could never be so cruel." She got up to refill her own cup. She hoped she was getting somewhere with that dress.
Astoria paused in the middle of refilling her drink at Sally's next statement. She topped it off, however, and turned around. She quirked an eyebrow at her friend, sipping her drink before asking, "Who is supposed to appreciate it then? Besides yourself?" She didn't want to jump to conclusions, but she got the feeling that Sally was hinting at something. And she wanted to know.
She sat back down next to her and studied the dress in her friend's hands, waiting for a reply.
