Sorin looked away at the compliment. He really wasn't the talkative type, or one to laugh often. Oh, he could chuckle in all the right places at high society functions and be as witty as the next person. He simply preferred solitude to crowds. One other person, especially one so easy to talk to as Anthony, didn't bother him. After all, he did have friends, and it was doubtful he'd have kept them long if he didn't ever talk to them.
"I have seen pictures," he said quietly. "Of your country. It looks peaceful. Canterbury is where you went? What is in Canterbury?"
