In a flash and with moves that could only be described as reflexive, Ioan wrapped his free hand around the back of Romilda's neck and spun them so that she was backed against the shelves. Luckily, there were no tables attached on this side, so it wouldn't be too uncomfortable. He dropped her hand and cushioned the hit with his own against her back. Smiling devilishly down at her, he laughed breathily.
"That's sort of the point."
Before she could say anything else, he covered her mouth with his in a kiss that was decidedly more personal than the one they'd shared by the lake.
