"Not a soul," Seamus admitted. "Been too lazy to ask anyone, really. And busy, might I be adding! Quidditch practise and all that. Very busy. Lots of homework, as well."
He laughed, knowing how he sounded. There was some truth in it, though, and asking a girl just hadn't come up in his list of priorities. Seamus figured he might as well get a jump on the opportunity that had arisen.
"No reason you need to be going stag then, the both of us here without accompaniment. What say you pretty up an Irishman by being his date?"
