Who: Ron Weasley & Padma Patil What: Lunch in the Leaky When: Monday August 17th Rating: G for now! Incomplete
Ron drifted down the twisting alleyway with no aim to his rambling. George and Verity had everything caught up in the shop so he was free to do whatever he wanted to do, which, considering it was an impromptu break, wasn't much.
The Alley wasn't considerably busy, considering it was a Monday afternoon, not to mention the fact that quiet a few of the shops were closed or in the process of being restocked. Almost 4 months and still things weren't back to normal. But then, they hadn't really been normal for years, not since Voldemort had come back to life... God that was a long time ago now!
But those times were over. Times to be forgotten. Pain to push away! And what better way to push away pain than with some lunch?!
Taking a sharp turn, Ron almost tripped over a couple of old witches as he made a ginger beeline for the Leaky Cauldron. He stepped through the doors and coughed at the sudden assault of the familiar acrid smoke that seemed to be oozing out of the pipe of a rather sunken looking fellow in the corner. Ron frowned, the Leaky needed better regulars in his opinion. He moved across the pub, which was actually busier than he expected (it looked like Diagon alley was only empty because everyone was in the pub!), looking for an available table, or someone he knew so he could perch on theirs.
