"That was probably a wise idea. Merlin, I would pay to see Pansy's reaction." She would no doubt be horrified and scandalized. It would be wonderful. He wasn't sure how well that secret could be kept- the other Slytherins must have seen her play and word travels fast- but Taff and Millicent probably figured something out. He wasn't especially concerned about the details.
"It is extremely unladylike," he agreed. "You'll never find a husband, and then what will you do with your life? You'll be a disgrace to your family. For shame." He broke into a laugh. It was sad, really, that so many people actually thought like that, but it was refreshing to find a pureblood who didn't. "Being some sort of lady or gentleman is overrated. If that's not who you are, what's the point?"
