If Percy had been anyone but Percy... his new boyfriend, Oliver would have suggested they just go out into the forest and handle things. He wasn't afraid, and he suspected Ang would join them if he asked... but he couldn't bring himself to even suggest it. He wouldn't put Percy in danger, even if he knew Percy could take care of himself. So he was left having to wait on Bill, and as much as it pained him to do so he knew it was best to act as a cohesive group.
Vigilantism was a dangerous route, and quite frankly Oliver was more then a little annoyed with Harry Potter for setting that precedent around here.
"As to the virus, have you made any headway?" Oliver changed the subject, he'd told Percy what he needed to and didn't want to dwell especially when they were in public halls.
