Nicky didn't mind being stuck at school. It was better then being stuck at home. Especially with the way that this year was turning out, for him personally, not for everyone as a whole. There was some bad spots, but now was begining to make up for it. "I am," Nicky nodded again, smiling this time. "I am excited."
Nicky's smile grew wider, the greed and selfishness starting to wear away. Megan and Sally wanted to throw him a party. They had offered, despite his protests. He had done his part, but he was still allowed to enjoy himself. "Hopefully all the rest of them." Nicky immediately blushed furiously after he said it, biting down on his lip.
"When, um.. When is your birthday?" He tried to take attention away from what he had just said. Nicky really, honestly, liked Megan. A lot. He could very well love her, even did a little, like he had told her in the dream. And he knew she must have liked him too, she broke up with her boyfriend for him. But he wasn't sure when the right time to say something like that was.
