Nicky shrugged. "Let's hope not, anyway." He had a feeling that it did still go against the rules, but it was just a few marshmellows. No one would even notice they were missing.
Tickling the pear, Nicky clambered through the fruit bowl and into the kitchen, once the door opened. He gave a little nod to the house elved, who in all reality, still kind of freaked him out just a little. They were weird looking creatures and Nicky rather felt bad for the lives that they lived. Maybe not the ones here in Hogwarts, they all seemed pretty happy and adjusted, but the ones he heard at that people kept as servants.
Nicky took the marshmallows and held onto them for a minute, glancing between his hand and the green mug, sizing them both up. After a minute or so, Nicky finally laughed as he overshot the cocoa by a few inches. Apparently, he wasn't so very good at this, and it was probably why he had never gone out for Quidditch, that and he was rather scared of heights.
