"Ant..." Kevin said softly, standing up straight. He took a few steps towards the shower, but stopped just a few paces away. A soft sigh escaped his chest as he stared at the doorway. For a moment, he debated just storming in there and smacking him upside the head, telling him to snap out of it. It wasn't something that lasted long, however. He couldn't imagine what his friend was going through. How much of it did he remember? How much of it was haunting him.
Just the idea had him shifting his weight between his feet, clearly debating about the boundaries of their friendship now that he was with Sorin.
"Anything..." He repeated slowly, his fingers fussing with the edges of his shirt. "My sister melted another cauldron. Or so I heard. She keeps telling me to shut up." He offered, a soft laugh in his voice. It was a regular thing -- the cauldron melting. Both he and his little sister managed to somehow destroy one. Though for very different reasons. She could never get the hang of it, he just wanted to experiment.
