The impromptu Weasley Christmas dinner couldn't hold a candle to one prepared by Molly, but it was enjoyable all the same. Even if some family members were missing, it had been a successful evening – full of delicious food, warm laughter, and good cheer. When he left with Oliver, he left spectacularly happy and stuffed. He hadn't smiled so much in so long, his jaw hurt a little.
"That was quite good, wasn't it?" Percy said, opening the door and striding into the dormitory they shared. He moved to sit down on his bed, ready to fall into a food coma, when he remembered.
"Oh! Your present." It was perched on a pile of books sitting on his desk, wrapped in silver paper with a red bow on the top. A tooth sunk into the corner of Percy's bottom lip. He hoped Oliver would like it. "Would you like to open it now?"
