Lisa smiled, "I'm glad you liked them. The coat was from my parents. They had wanted to get you something." The had always liked that he had watched out for her from the start, whether or not Lisa wanted him to.
She looked at the box, opening it. "Terry..." Lisa pouted just slightly, looking up at him. "This is lovely." Lisa kissed him again. "And it is perfect." Her heart melted in a way that she didn't know possible. He had written forever. That meant everything to her.
As she heard another voice, she looked up, smiling when she saw Anthony. She kissed his cheek, as well. "Anthony! Oh! Before I forget!" She went to the table, grabbing the black fedora with the wrapped chocolates inside. "For you. The hat and the chocolate."
She was really pleased he way things were turning out. "Oh, and there might be some alcohol in the punch, or the punch is just... off. I can't tell."
