Anthony shook his head, holding an arm out for Ioan as he came over to the bed. "I wouldn't have let you come with us anyway. You would have been locked in the Room of Requirements. I wouldn't have let you out." The idea of Ioan in Azkaban was a bad enough one, one that was real and they had to live with. But just the thought that Ioan could have been at school, could have been 'punished' right along side of him was down right disgusting. His brotherly instincts for the younger boy were kicking in. Strangely, he prefered that Ioan was in Azkaban rather then at the school. Maybe it was because he wasn't in the prison himself, he didn't know what kind of things happened there. But he knew what happened at Hogwarts. He knew that if Ioan had been there, he would have been involved in the fighting, with the possibility that he would have died in the battle. And that thought alone would give Anthony nightmares for another week.
"The ministry fell over the summer. You Know Who had control over it. What everyone did, it was with warm regards from him." Anthony shook and leaned against Ioan. He wanted to know what had happened from the moment they seperated that last time over the summer. He had been over at Ioan's house not even days before the Death Eaters showed up. He wouldn't forget that either. Had they come a few days earlier, he could have helped! He was a legal wizard, he could have used his magic to hide Ioan, they wouldn't have snapped his wand. He wouldn't ask though. Anthony didn't know how to ask.
