This was going to be hard to explain to Ginny. Though, she probably already had an idea of what was going on with Alice, seeing she had found her fast asleep in the library a few weeks ago. To be completely honest, Alice was probably making a bigger deal of this than she needed to but she had so much going on in her head lately, along with everything else that had been going on around the school. Sometimes, it helped to just talk about these things, and Alice knew she could talk to Ginny.
When Alice reached the room Ginny had mentioned, she took a quick look the corridors before opening the door and sliding into the room quickly and as quietly as she could. She shut the door behind her just as quick and looked around the room. When she saw Ginny wasn't there, she sighed with relief because it meant she had a couple extra moments to think. She crossed the room to the front, sitting on the large table that all the desks were pointed towards. Alice pulled out her wand and bit her lip for a moment before opening her mouth and saying as clearly as she could, "Avis!" Three or four small birds appeared from the tip of her wand and she smiled proudly. It wasn't as many as could have been there, but it was certainly better than one and they'd entertain her until Ginny got there.
